What to write to us about
- A payment went through but minutes did not appear. Send the payment reference from Razorpay and we will correct the balance.
- Refunds. See the Cancellation & Refunds policy first, then email us with your account address.
- Deleting your account. Email us from the address you signed in with and we will delete the account and everything stored with it.
- Something is broken. Tell us what you were doing and what happened. The app keeps a local log file that we may ask you to send.
Response time
We aim to reply to every email within two working days. Payment and refund questions are answered first.
