What we collect
- Your Google account basics. Your name and email address, used to create your account and to send payment receipts.
- Your résumé summary. If you upload a résumé, the app reads the text on your computer and sends only that text to be summarised. We store the summary with your account. The original file is never uploaded or stored.
- Usage and payments. How many minutes you use and what you buy, so your balance is correct. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
- A device identifier. A one-way code derived from your Windows installation, used only to give the free trial once per computer. We cannot turn it back into the original identifier.
What stays on your computer
Your session history — transcripts, answers and documents you attach to a session — is saved on your computer, not on our servers.
Audio and screenshots
While a session is running, the audio playing on your computer is streamed to a speech-recognition provider to produce the live transcript, and the text of your questions is sent to an AI model provider to produce answers. Screenshots are sent only when you take one. We do not record or store audio or screenshots.
Who processes data for us
Hosting and our API run on Cloudflare. Accounts and balances are stored with Supabase. Payments are handled by Razorpay. Transcription and answers are produced by third-party AI providers under their own terms. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
You can delete your résumé summary from Settings at any time. To delete your account and everything stored with it, email us from the address you signed in with.
